Community News
The Charleston Digital Corridor is pleased to select WEBLAB as the next recipient of the CDC Diversity Initiative. This award furthers the organization's goal to make Charleston's tech economy more reflective of the demographic makeup of the region.
WEBLAB is a woman-owned enterprise founded by Lane Cauley, a tech professional with over ten years of experience in the industry. WEBLAB is a digital marketing agency focused on helping B2B software companies grow sales through optimizing website performance and thereby accelerating company growth.
"I am honored to be a recipient of the Diversity Initiative from the Charleston Digital Corridor. Their support allows me to grow my startup business in Charleston while leveraging my passion and experience in web to help companies grow. "
"Given the current macroeconomic business conditions, the ability of a startup company like WEBLAB to help companies grow their sales is compelling," said Charleston Digital Corridor Executive Director, Ernest Andrade. "We are happy to assist Lane and team with building a successful business by providing the company with an array of "on-demand" business resources.
The CDC Diversity Initiative seeks to stimulate the inclusion of under-represented entrepreneurs and business professionals within Charleston's tech community and is made possible from several partners and members including Comcast and Google. Learn more about the Diversity Initiative HERE.
