Collaborating with Agents Part 3 - Agent Workflows

Every knowledge worker should learn to utilize AI agents. This three-part workshop introduces the core principles for collaborating effectively with AI agents. Across three one-hour sessions, participants will learn how modern AI systems work, how to use reverse prompting to improve outcomes, creating reusable agent skills, and how to design multi-agent workflows to break complex work into reliable steps. This workshop focuses on practical mental models, live examples, and repeatable patterns that participants can apply immediately in product, design, operations, and software workflows.

Developing agent workflows is Part 3 of three one-hour workshops. This final course is about getting agents to work together. In this workshop, you will learn how to enable a manager agent to delegate to worker agents who are responsible for executing each step in the workflow to achieve your outcome. This is a highly effective process for getting high-level tasks done with a final review and approval from you.
