A supply-chain software startup spun out of the Medical University of South Carolina is investing $220,000 to relocate its headquarters to Charleston's Historic District and expand its payroll. QuicksortRx Inc. said it plans to add 41 jobs over the next three years.
The health-care technology firm will be moving to downtown's French Quarter. It will swap out its existing space in the Charleston Tech Center on Morrison Drive to a larger 4,000-square-foot office at 2 Cumberland St., a block south of Market Street, to accommodate new hires and hold on-site conferences for customers.
